Em meio a tantos percalços encontrados pela mulher em seu cotidiano o assédio sexual no ambiente de trabalho ainda é um de seus maiores desafios. O ambiente laboral que em regra deveria ser um lugar de realizações e conquistas acabam as vezes se tornando locais hostis. O objetivo deste artigo é fazer uma análise do processo histórico de inserção da mulher no mercado de trabalho, e da sua vulnerabilidade diante de um cenário onde os homens ainda são maioria nos cargos diretivos, bem como debater as ações do poder público para identificar e coibir práticas que acabam por contaminar o ambiente de trabalho. A metodologia será uma pesquisa feito através de livros, sites, Leis e artigos referentes ao tema.
