PERCEPÇÃO DOS SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS SOBRE A ADESÃO À AGENDA AMBIENTAL NA ADMINISTRAÇÃO PÚBLICA DO DISTRITO FEDERAL

O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar a percepção dos servidores públicos do Distrito Federal sobre a concretização das políticas públicas de sustentabilidade e gestão socioambiental definidos na Agenda Pública Ambiental (A3P), no âmbito de seu órgão de lotação. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa quantitativa com 353 servidores públicos através da aplicação de um questionário em escala tipo Likert. Foi possível constatar que projetos mais focados nas implementações básicas das ações sustentáveis, como a coleta seletiva, racionalização e boa utilização de recursos, conseguiram ser implementadas pelos gestores públicos e são perceptíveis pelos servidores. Por outro lado, ações mais voltadas para gestão socioambiental, onde se necessita de tomada de decisão das autoridades públicas, tanto para ações diretas de sustentabilidade quanto para o incentivo das ações por terceiros, não são perceptíveis pelos servidores de órgãos e entidades adeptas à A3P. Neste caso, a percepção dos servidores lotados nos demais órgãos é a mesma.
