IMPACTS OF HOME OFFICE WORK ON WORKER’S QUALITY OF LIFE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: A LITERATURE REVIEW
Abstract
This study carries out a literature review on psychological assessment in the context of the changes generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The contribution of this area stands out through methods and instruments that help understand the quality of life of individuals, promoting organizational interventions based on quantitative and qualitative data. The remote work model (home office), widely adopted during the pandemic, brought significant challenges, especially with regard to adapting workers and managing factors such as fear and anxiety. The assessment of workers' quality of life in this context seeks to identify effective alternatives to promote health and well-being in the organizational environment, reinforcing the organizations' commitment to their workers.
