The digital revolution has caused significant transformations in several sectors of society, and education is no exception. With this, the objective is to analyze how the educational technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are transforming distance education. Based on a literature review, it will be investigated how These innovations are changing pedagogical practices, student engagement, students and educational reach. Educational institutions play a crucial role in articulating strategies that promote the ethical use of AI. This if begins with the inclusion of topics related to ethics and social responsibility in the CVs. Disciplines that discuss the impact of technology on societies contemporary ideas are essential for students to understand the implications of your choices and actions. With the development of AI, new possibilities have emerged for the customization and automation of processes educational. Therefore, it is concluded that, although AI and educational Technologies bring enormous benefits, their adoption needs to be carried out in a balanced, ensuring inclusion and integral human development.
