A fim de proporcionar um melhor entendimento de estratégia, o artigo debruçou-se teoricamente sobre a cidadede Goiânia, contando de forma breve o processo histórico dos loteamentos. As empresas em Goiânia possuemum ambiente competitivo e têm forte concorrência, que são decorrentes do dinamismo do muniípio eocasionados pelo desenvolvimento organizacional e empresarial. Assim, este artigo tem por finalidade analisar oplanejamento estratégico na urbanização dessa cidade, a partir dos anos 80, realizado a partir de e com asempresas Jardim Goiás Empreendimento – da família Louza –, que possuem também um ambiente competitivo,resultante da disposição espacial da cidade.Downloads
