CONSTRUTIBILIDADE EM PROJETOS ESTRUTURAIS: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Authors

Abstract

Some project characteristics can be decisive in productivity variation. Therefore, knowing the factors that influence productivity can guide numerous design decisions, favoring constructability. One of the difficulties in implementing the concept of constructability is the difficulty of measuring its benefits, where the construction industry still needs methods for analyzing and measuring constructability. The objective of this work is to present, by carrying out a Systematic Literature Review (RSL), the state of the art of knowledge on constructability focused on structural projects, in order to substantiate the theme. The systematic literature review carried out in this article allowed us to obtain a general understanding, as well as obtain a comprehensive mapping of the main studies related to the constructability of existing structural projects in the literature. The research was carried out in three databases: Scopus, Web of Science and Science Direct. After the selection stage, which was carried out using previously established criteria, 22 articles were obtained that met the inclusion criteria. It was possible to verify, with the analysis of co-occurrence networks of bibliographic data, the formation of three clusters. The RSL also made it possible to classify the main objects of study related to constructability in structure: structure in general, shapes, metallic structure, frame and wooden structure. It was also possible to conclude that the main research methodologies adopted among researchers for constructability analysis were the structured interview and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).
