A AUSÊNCIA DE DIREITOS DOS CÃES QUE TRABALHAM NO CORPO DE BOMBEIRO E POLÍCIA MILITAR
Abstract
This article addresses animal rights, a topic that has been relevant for decades, however, it is clear that its guarantee and real effectiveness are moving slowly, both in the legal and social spheres, this would be the crucial reason that would justify the notorious scarcity or absence of laws compared to other topics of greater relevance and social impact. The study addresses the general nuances of animal rights and the specificities of the lack of rights of police dogs working in public security. The method used was dialectical and qualitative, where we connected legal systems with social aspects that involve the relationship between humans and animals, paralleling the practical reality of rights or their absence within the public security bodies addressed. The Study will reveal only how the gaps in the legal systems addressed are a barrier to the effectiveness, implementation and regularization of police dog rights in our country.
