Abstract

Anxiety can be defined as a tension, an early apprehension to a danger that may have a known source or not. The main forms of treatment are through psychotherapy and the use of drugs. Recently, research has been developed on the practice of physical exercise and the reduction of anxiety, authors suggest that exercise can serve as a non-pharmacological form of treatment for anxiety. The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of a remote physical exercise program on improving anxiety levels in young women. Four women aged 32 years, were ± 9.20 years. The volunteers went through 3 stages 1st stage: Anamnesis, application of the PAR-Q, Application of the IDATE-Dash questionnaire, and STAI-state Inventory of State Trait Anxiety, after the questionnaires were collected a video was made for the training; 2nd stage: Orientation of physical exercise through 3rd stage messages: after the 12 weeks of physical exercise, there was a reassessment of the STAI- trait and state. After 12 weeks, there was a reduction in the anxiety trait and state of the participants. The exercise circuited remotely showed a reduction in the anxiety of the participants. This approach can serve as an alternative to control trait and state anxiety.
