Methodologically, it is a bibliographical research, with an exploratory-descriptive character. The research presents a proposal for the implementation of strategies and corporate education, through an action plan, through the 5W2H tool, in order to minimize the impacts of abusive leadership and its consequences for the health of workers. The results revealed that abusive leadership decreases productivity and consequently efficiency, generating a large number of employees with emotional and psychological diseases. However, it is clear that the implementation of a corporate education system, a strategy based on the development of leaders, requires the company to take the training of these professionals seriously, with the purpose of socializing skills, which do not put companies at continuous risk, either. sacrifice the human resources that constitute them, for the exacerbated action of abusive charges.
