Abstract
The physical and mental stress caused in employees with the goals established and imposed by organizations, has been something recurrent in the job market. This study sought to demonstrate, through information and facts, the phases, causes and symptoms and how this stress manifests itself in the employee and the aggravation of this situation, with the development of psychic diseases. In this way, the general objective of the research sought to analyze and understand how excessive charging exercised through the goals established by companies can harm the quality of life and health of employees who are responsible for achieving these numbers and results established by organizations that often deal with yourself from something that is surreal and unattainable. Methodologically, it is a bibliographical research, with an exploratory-descriptive character. The research presents a proposal for the implementation of strategies and corporate education, through an action plan, through the 5W2H tool, in order to minimize the impacts of abusive leadership and its consequences for the health of workers. The results revealed that abusive leadership decreases productivity and consequently efficiency, generating a large number of employees with emotional and psychological diseases. However, it is clear that the implementation of a corporate education system, a strategy based on the development of leaders, requires the company to take the training of these professionals seriously, with the purpose of socializing skills, which do not put companies at continuous risk, either. sacrifice the human resources that constitute them, for the exacerbated action of abusive charges.
