This article aims to discuss about the hypothesis that the weakness of the field-Media Journalism at the point of their academic knowledge has been put into question by the Supreme Court may have its roots in the constitution crisis and the Humanities. To illuminate this discussion were key authors such as Gaston Bachelard, Michel Foucault, Maurice Merleau Ponty, Alexandre Koyré and José Ternes.
