A VOCAÇÃO CALVINISTA E A NOÇÃO LUTERANA DE BERUF [CHAMADO], SEGUNDO ALEXANDRE KOYRÉ

Abstract

O artigo objetiva analisar como Alexandre Koyré comparou as noções protestantes de vocação calvinista e beruf luterana, bem como compreender a importância dessa discussão no rol de interesses do estudioso russo. Trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico, a partir das conferências realizadas pelo autor na década de 1930, seguida de uma entrevista com o bispo da Igreja Anglicana no Brasil, Dom Orvandil Moreira Barbosa. Constatou-se a possibilidade de fazer uma ponte entre as ideias de Koyré com as ideias de Max Weber, em sua obra “A ética protestante e o espírito do capitalismo”.

Adelmar Santos de Araujo, Centro de Educação Popular e Pesquisas Econômicas e Sociais - CEPPES.

Pós-Doutorado em Museologia e Patrimônio, no Museu de Astronomia e Ciências Afins MAST (2025). Doutorado em Educação pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (2015) e Pós-doutorado em História (2023), na mesma instituição. Mestrado em Educação, pela Universidade Federal de Goiás - UFG (2009). Pesquisador no Centro de Educação Popular e Pesquisas Econômicas e Sociais (CEPPES). Professor da Rede Estadual de Educação de Goiás (SEDUC-GO). Professor Substituto no Instituto Federal de Goiás, Campus Anápolis (2023-2025). Bolsista no Programa Nacional de Formação de Professores da Educação Básica (Parfor) da CAPES, atuando como professor nas disciplinas Pesquisa em Educação, Filosofia da Educação, História da Educação e Antropologia Cultural, PUC-Goiás.
