Abstract

This article will deal with children's design as an instrument that helps psychopedagogical diagnosis. An exploratory bibliographical research will be carried out, which will seek to understand how the analysis of the design can aid in the psychopedagogical diagnosis. The aim is to characterize and differentiate between clinical and institutional psychopedagogy in order to recognize the competences of each of these areas. Then, the steps that the children's drawing goes through and their characteristics are presented, and finally, it is explained how the drawing can be used to help the diagnosis of children with learning difficulties. The article focuses on the theme of children's drawing and whether it is possible to use this resource to alleviate problems and difficulties of the students in the teaching-learning process, trying to explain in an understandable way how to analyze and what the relevant aspects of drawing as a psycho-pedagogical resource.
