As bibliographical research and documentary methodology consistent with the theme, questionnaires in three zones of the municipality of Goiania-GO, being taken into account as a prerequisite for the selection of the areas largest and smallest value of IPTU, 45 people were interviewed from each zone, among them residents and merchants who answered the questions related to garbage collection, garbage collection, public transport quality , sewer, energy, public security sector, endemic disease agent, hospital, health of children, and recreation area. Analyzing the percentages obtained in this questionnaire, we compared the three zones, distinguish between them, thus indicating the neglect suffered by a part of the population in the capital of Goiás. The differentiation between smaller and larger tax value shows uneven distribution of resources such as sanitation, garbage collection, garbage collection, public safety, hospitals, public transport and leisure areas, leaving clear the impacts of environmental racism in the city.
