A PROPOSTA DE CICLO DE FORMAÇÃO NO CONTEXTO DAS REFORMAS EDUCACIONAIS NO BRASIL

O presente registro objetivou realizar uma análise reflexiva, com base em estudo bibliográfico, acerca do contexto histórico do surgimento da proposta de ciclos de formação humana, no Brasil. O estudo parte de uma reflexão referente ao contexto das políticas educacionais brasileiras, subsidiado pela análise do panorama das políticas internacionais delineadas ao longo do século XX. Destacam-se as décadas de 1980 e 1990, período de implantação e expansão da proposta de ciclos, e momento histórico de abertura política e econômica do Brasil, no qual se delineia o avanço das políticas neoliberais e a centralidade da educação nos discursos das políticas educacionais tanto no âmbito nacional quanto internacional. O objetivo principal é buscar apreender o contexto histórico, político e econômico e suas relações com o ideário da não reprovação que se constitui no cenário educacional do país neste período.
