TO WHAT POINT IS COMMUNICATION CONTRIBUTING TO EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP?
Abstract
Understand how Communication contributes to Effectiveness in Leadership. This was one of the main objectives that motivated this article. After the delimitation and the need to study the subject, it was then started to research with leaders and managers of companies from Goiás to understand how the subject was inserted in their professional performance. Based on a quantitative analysis of the sample of 30 professionals and the bibliographic review, especially on the central theme, Leadership and Communication, it was concluded that these are extremely interconnected and critical areas for the success of organizations. There is, above all, a field of opportunities for companies, professionals and leaders to constantly develop and improve these competencies in their work in organizations.
