The results suggest that, with the PBF, the families had an opportunity for schooling. In this study, in relation to their expectations regarding the studies of the children and the impacts that the PBF generated in the life of the family, the mothers emphasized the importance of this program for their children to study and for them to continue studying. On the other hand, the analysis of the products consumed by families with the income of the PBF, 3 families spend with clothes and only, 1 of the families interviewed reported that they apply money in education. However, this public policy of income transfer is important due to the vulnerability of families living in precarious conditions.
